Add AssociatedItem to IIH tables
In Inventory Intelligence, we want to consider Associated Items as well in the science engine computations.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Sign in as Administration Console.
- Select Database> Replication.
- Verify that AssociatedItem data is replicated to IIHAssociatedItem.
