Add ability to email additional vendor contacts for remittance and checks
Added functionality for secondary vendor contacts as a recipient for IDM Remittance and Checks email. New toggles are located in Vendor Contacts.
From email address (if not equal to no.reply@inforbc.com) will be included in Cc recipient for email trail purpose.

Added functionality to secondary vendor contacts as a recipient for IDM Invoice Email (Credit/Debit Memo). New toggles are located in Vendor Contacts.
From email address in Email IDM Invoice to Vendor is now set to display only and is not editable. From email address (if not equal to no.reply@inforbc.com) will be included in Cc recipient for email trail purpose.

Create a default IDM template defined on the Receivable Company for ICB usage
Releasing of documents from other sources does not have ability to populate Billing Invoice Template.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Select Receivables Company > Intercompany Billing tab.
- Assign Billing Invoice Template under IDM Options.
To test the document from other interfaces, select Intercompany Billing Specialist > Setup > Groups and select the appropriate group. Under 'Automatically Release Documents When Created From,' select the check boxes where you want to release the document from.
Procedure
- To test a document from ICB form, select Intercompany Billing Specialist > Manage
Documents and Create a new Document.
Scenarios:
- If you assign a Receivable Company for the Billing Invoice Template and left this field blank in the ICB form, then this field is automatically populated upon creating the ICB record.
- If you did not assign a Receivable Company for the Billing Invoice Template, a warning message is displayed below the Billing Invoice Template field in ICB.
- Create a document from a source and release it. Select Intercompany Billing Specialist
> Manage Documents and open the record.
Scenarios:
- If you assign a Receivable Company for the Billing Invoice Template and left this field blank in the ICB form, then this field is automatically populated upon creating the ICB record.

- Select Intercompany Billing Specialist > Setup > Groups. Under IDM Document Settings, clear the Use IDM Template check box. Open any record from Manage Documents. The Printer section should not be displayed.
- A new page 'IDM Printer' added to Intercompany Billing Specialist > Setup
- Select Receivable Companies and open any record. On the Intercompany Billing tab, when you assign Billing Invoice Template in the 'Defaults For Billing Documents' section and IDM Options at the same time, it will result to an error upon saving.
