Supplier Portal - Display Sourcing Event Articles and Terms in panel
There was no way to view all terms and conditions together on one page without opening a new tab. To view the descriptions, each record had to be opened individually. The view only terms and conditions page is updated to a template view. Everything is displayed on one page. The same view is added to the Sourcing Manager side as a button since the lists are needed to create and update records.

- Select Manage Events > Open > open an event with terms > Terms.
- Expected Result: View Terms and Conditions button opens new template view.
