This section contains enhancements in Infor Financials and Supply Management for
11.0.82.0.
Switch from non-IDM to IDM setup in a contract record
You can now easily switch a Contract Classification or Subclassification from non-IDM to IDM.
Program/Business class/Process affected:
- IDM
- Contract
- Contract Redline Document
- Contract Classification
- Contract Subclassification
Security changes:

Use these steps to test the enhancement:
- Create a Contract record and select the created Contract Classification.
- Run Create Contract Document twice and create two Contract Redline Documents.
- Open the assigned Contract Classification and select the Use IDM check box. The IDM functionalities for the created record is now enabled.

Note: Existing records with no IDM Redline Document are can still perform these actions once:
- The action is available during Negotiation, Addendum, and Amendment states.
- The action is available during Addendum and Amendment states.

You can continue with the IDM redline processing. - To view the previously created RTF documents, select Drill Around > Contract RTF Document History or Redline RTF Document History.
