Asset interface update to interface to asset related PO Comments

Asset related PO comments should be moved over to newly created assets by Mass Asset Addition.

To test the enhancement:

1. Create asset interface records with invoice and PO information such that PO has comments.
2. Run Mass Asset Addition to interface the assets and verify that the corresponding asset comments are brought over to asset correctly.

Add ability to select multiple draft interface records

Currently, when you run the draft project interface there are no select boxes available. You can only select a single project draft interface record to edit or delete. This is very time consuming if there are 100’s of records.

This enhancement will remove the single select syntax and allow the ability to select multiple records.

1. Asset addition with 0$ should be allowed on both online and conversion processes.
2. All processes(Adjustment, Transfer, Disposal, Revalue) on asset should be allowed on a 0$ asset as well. This will allow tracking the life remaining updates on a 0$ asset as well similar to a regular asset.
