Supplier can attach tax certification document

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Sign in to the Supplier Portal.
2. Register as a supplier.
3. Specify company information and verify that you can attach a tax certification document in the Attach Tax Certification field.
4. Verify that a supplier can view and update the tax certification after they have registered.
5. Verify that you can add a tax certification for a supplier on the buyer side.
6. Create a vendor from the supplier and verify that the tax certification is displayed on the vendor page in Tax Information section.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Create a new supplier and verify that the Supplier Name, or Company Name, accepts up to 120 characters.
2. Create a vendor and verify that the full supplier name is displayed in Vendor Name.
3. Verify that the Vendor Location Name on the Supplier Contact allows 120 characters and is displayed on Vendor Location.
