Add EDI Processing Monitor to EDI Administrator Home Page

EDI Processing Monitor added for Translate Outbound and Translate Inbound to check if job already running with same parameters.

For an administrator to check if there are records they needed to navigate to the EDI Data Menu.

This enhancement adds EDI Processing Monitor to the EDI Administrator Home page so it is more visible and easier to access.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Sign in as EDI Administrator.
2. Verify that Processing Monitor is visible as first panel.

EDI Processing Monitor Records Left When an Exception Occurs During Translate process

Whenever an unhandled exception occurs during Translation, the EDI Processing Monitor record doesn't get deleted on the EDI Processing Monitor.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Replicate any exception during Translation. The Processing Monitor record for the Translation should be deleted.

EDI 810 Data Substitution for Invoice Type for All Trading Partners

Trading partner specific data substitution records are required to set the invoice type for credit memos. Would like to be able to setup a record that applies to all trading partners.

Requirement/s:

• Added a new data substitution setup "L1_I_Invoice_Type" and "L1_I_INVOICE_HC"

Test the EDI810 process to test this enhancement.

EDI Data Substitution Improvement [Phase 1]

Currently only three fields are available for text entry for users when setting up Data Substitution. Make the field labels be consistent. Something like "Your Value and Trading Partner's Value" or "CSF Value and Supplier/EDI Value".

Requirements:

• Changed the EDI Data Substitution screen label from "External Value" to "Partner Value"

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Field labels in the Data Substitution screen
2. No break testing to current behavior since this is just a cosmetic change
