GPO Process to handle new HealthTrust files/mapping

GPO contract processing is updated to accommodate upcoming Health Trust file changes.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

1. Select Contract Group > GPO Processing > GPO Used. Set to Health Trust 2021.
2. Test loading and mapping suppliers.
3. Create an interface contract.
4. Create manufacturer and distributor contracts from interface contracts.
5. Test updating costs on line items and adding new members.

Contract Milestone, Deliverable and Contract contact search does not have the same lists

Consistency of search for Employee

Searching on fields that relate to Employee

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

Create a Contract

Create a Contract Contact, Milestone (with responsible person), and Deliverable (with responsible person).

The selects for Employee for all these pieces should only display Employee Number and Name

View the various records you have selected in Search For Contract Information

There should be a search for contact name or responsible person (either first name and last name separate or full name) for each of the three appropriate searches.

"ExpiringContractsColumnarHomePageWidgetsList" list added for Mingle home page widget using new COLUMNAR feature, this is exposed as API call in ION API to retrieve data from Mingle Home Page.

Use these steps to test the enhancement:

Navigate to Infor ION API -> CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management.

Go to" Landmark FSM Soap and Rest Services" and click on Documentation.

Search for Contract.busclass and click on Documentation.

Click on "Get" list service and click on "TryitOut" then search for "ExpiringContractsColumnarHomePageWidgetsList" in the list then click on Execute.

Contracts with its respective ExpiringDates and its count is displayed.

Acquire GPO data from Vizient

Move GPO data to sftp directory referenced in File Channel

View GPO data in Application Administrator > Supply Management > Contract Processing > Contract Interface > GPO Interface > Vizient GPO Data

Expected result- Newest data is loaded to all Vizient GPO business classes
