Importing student records

  1. Use Concepteur de feuilles de calcul Infor to access your data area and the StudentRecord business class.
  2. Map the spreadsheet columns to these fields:
    Champ Taille/remarque
    StudentRecord Numeric 10

    Required. This is the student ID
    StudentFirstName Alpha 20
    StudentLastName Alpha 30
    StudentActivitySchool
    Active Default is yes
  3. Upload your mapped data to Gestion des activités étudiant.
  4. Review your imported records. Sign in to Gestion des activités étudiant and select Setup > School Setup > Student Records.
