Defining colorways on the Colorways page of a style
You can assign colorways to a style by defining colors specifically for the style on the Colorways page.
- On the style details page, click the Colorways tab.
- Click Add New Row.
- Specify this information:
- Code
- Specify a code for the color.
- Name
- Specify a name for the color.
- Description
- Provide a description for the color.
- Type
- The default value for this field is Single. The color type is automatically updated to Combination if you add combination colors.
- Status
- Select a status from the list.
- Pantone
- Optionally, specify a Pantone code.
- NRF
- Optionally, specify an NRF code.
- Deliveries
- Select a delivery from the list. Deliveries are a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Main Supplier Indicator
- Supplier
- Select a supplier from the list.
- Quantity
- Specify a value.
- Minimum Quantity
- Specify a minimum quantity value.
- Minimum Quantity UOM
- Select a unit of measure from the list.
- Purchase Price
- Specify the purchase price.
- Purchase Price Currency
- Select the currency from the list. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Cost Price
- Specify the cost price.
- Cost Price Currency
- Select the currency from the list. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Color Palette
- This field shows the color palette that you assign for this colorway.
- Shade
- Select a color shade from the list.
Color shades classify color based on their lightness or shade. Color shades are a generic lookuptype and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Sub Type
- Select a sub type from the list.
- Color Family
- Select a color family from the list.
Color families are used to group similar colors. For example, fire red, fiery red, and blood red ca nbe classified under the color family "Reds." Color families are a generic lookup type and can be defined Generic Lookup.
- Season
- Select a season from the list. You can define seasons in Generic Lookup.
- Free Field 1
- Use this free field to specify information about this color that does not fall under and other defined field.
- Free Field 2
- Use this free field to specify information about this color that does not fall under and other defined field.
- Free Field 3
- Use this free field to specify information about this color that does not fall under and other defined field.
- Color User Defined 1
- Select a value from the list. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Color User Defined 2
- Select a value from the list. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Color User Defined 3
- Select a value from the list. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- ERP Color Code
- Specify the ERP color code.
ERP systems, such as M3 CE, that integrate with CloudSuite PLM for Fashion can have their own set of colors and corresponding color codes.
- Alt. Color Name
- Specify an alternative name for the color.
- Style Color Number
- Specify the style color number.
- Theme
- Select a value from the list. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Packing
- Select a value from the list. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- User Defined Field 8
- Select a value from the list. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- User Defined Field 12
- Select a value from the list. The values that can be selected are dependent on the selected values at Style level. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- User Defined Field 13
- Select a value from the list. The values that can be selected are dependent on the selected values at Style level. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Channel
- Select applicable values from the list. The values that can be selected are dependent on the selected values at Style level. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Market Field 1
- Select applicable values from the list. The values that can be selected are dependent on the selected values at Style level. This is a generic lookup type and can be defined in Generic Lookup.
- Retail Price
- Specify the retail price. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level.
- Retail Price Currency
- Select the currency from the list. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level. The values are taken from the Currency setup.
- Ex Factory Date
- Specify a date. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level
- Retail In Store Date
- Specify a date. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level
- Date 3
- Specify a date. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level.
- Date 4
- Specify a date. This value may be different from the Style level and applicable at Style Color level.

Optionally, click the Add Color Content to add color to your
colorway.
The color type is updated to Combination.
- Optionally, click the Add Images icon to add images to your colorway.
- Optionally, click the Main cell to set the colorway as the main color of the style.
- Click Save.
