Mass replacing materials in BOMs

  1. From the material list view, right click on a material and select Mass Replace in BOM.
  2. Specify this information:
    Replace With
    Select a material from the list. The material that you select appears on the Replace With column of the active row in the table.
  3. To add another material, click the Add Materials icon or press Alt+M.
  4. From the Material Library pane, select materials to add then click ADD AND CLOSE.
  5. To replace the currently selected material. click the Select Material as Replacement icon or press Alt+M.
  6. From the Material Library pane, select a replacement material then click ADD AND CLOSE.
  7. Click the Material Where Used icon or press Alt+U to view where the selected material is used.
  8. Click the Execute icon to run the task.
