Generating reports from a flex query view details page

  1. Open a flex query view.
  2. Select the lines in the query view that you want to include in the report generation, right-click and select Generate Report.
    Option Description
    Selected Select to generate report based on selected items.
    All Select to generate report based on the result set.
    A flex query view can only pass the style ID and the advanced filter criteria to the report. For example, if a query view result set shows five lines for the same style number and only two of the five lines are selected before generating a report, the generated report will still show the five lines.
  3. You can generate all reports or reports based on report favorites.
    Option Description
    Show All Reports In the Generate Report dialog, select the templates that you want to use. The list shows the report templates that you have access to.

    After selecting templates, click GENERATE.

    If there are five or more styles in the result set, you are asked whether to proceed in generating reports. This message is only shown if you are generating a details type of report or a combination of list and details type of report. Click YES to generate reports.
    REPORT FAVORITES Select a report favorite. Reports are generated based on the group of reports that are added to the favorite.

    If you have selected five or more styles, or if you have selected all styles and there are five or more styles in the result set, you are asked whether to proceed in generating reports. This message is only shown if you are generating a details type of report or a combination of list and details type of report. Click YES to generate reports.
