Using the application as partner users

Partner users of the application collaborate with their customers, CloudSuite PLM for Fashion users, through requests. When an CloudSuite PLM for Fashion user creates and sends a request to a partner, that partner is notified through email. The partner user must then sign in to the application to view the request. Partner users' access to the application is managed by the application administrator or partner administrator through Ming.le.

Only requests that are assigned to that partner are visible in the Request grid page. Partner users will not be able view other partner users and requests that are assigned to other partner users.

To collaborate with their customers, partner users must accomplish these tasks in the application:

• Acknowledge the request.
• Provide requested information.
• Send the request.
