Creating a report favorite

  1. Select Setup > Report Template.
  2. In the Report Templates window, click the Report Favorites icon.
  3. In the Report Favorites window, click New.
  4. Specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name for this report favorite.
    Type
    Select a report type from the list.
    Request Type
    Select request types from the list. Click Select All if you want to select all available request types.
    Request Sub Type
    Select request types from the list. Click Select All if you want to select all available request types.
  5. Click the Add Reports icon.
  6. In the Report Template Library window, select the reports that you want to include in the report favorite, then click Add.
  7. Click Save.
