User tags

Note: The User Tags feature requires the User Tags permission, and only administrator and partner administrator roles have this permission by default. This permission cannot be assigned to any role, as the permission is not visible in the Manage Roles view. Once you have an administrator or partner administrator role, you can tag users using User Tags.

Administrators, partner administrators, and users with administrator or partner administrator roles can tag users to a flex query view. Only users that are tagged can view flex query views where they are tagged, while administrators or users with an administrator role can view all flex query views.

Partner administrators can only share flex query views to partner users that belong to the same supplier.

Every time a flex query view is created, the user who created the view is automatically tagged, and cannot be untagged.

If a flex query view is marked as private (by selecting the Private setting), tagged users cannot view this flex query view. Tagged users can only view the private flex query view once the owner clears the Private setting.

Use the context pane to view the list of users, user groups, partner users, and partner user groups who have access to existing flex query views.

Note: Internal users can view all users, user groups, partner users, or partner user groups who have access to flex query views. However, partner users can only see partner users that belong to the same supplier.
