Types of business rule component

You use business rule components to build your business rules. There are two types.

• Flow component types basically define the condition for the business rule. You can set conditions based on an entity, role, or field. The flow component types that you can use depend on the event type of your business rule.
• Action component types define what actions to take when a condition is met or not met. The action component types that you can use depend on the flow condition type that this action component belongs to.
