Uploading a version

To upload a previously downloaded version, we recommend that you rename the version before uploading it to the application. You cannot upload a version that has the same name as an existing version in the application.

Note: When you upload a version from a different instance of the application for sample data purposes, such as a production environment onto a pre-production instance of the application, user and data records may possibly not match. This means that data records from the version you upload may not have the same users responsible for them in the pre-production environment. In this scenario, data records from the version will default to system user.
  1. From the menu, select Admin > Manage Versions.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Browse for the version on your local computer, and click Open.
    A message indicating that the upload is successful is displayed.
