Managing versions

The Version Manager enables users to work on versions created by other users. If a user needs to share a version of application data to other users of the application, the user can export that version to make it available for import and activation of other users in the Version Manager.

Note: Users must have Manage Version permissions to use Version Manager features.

As an application administrator, you can also use the Version Manager to download versions from a production instance of the application and upload it to a pre-production environment of CloudSuite PLM for Fashion.

Use this information to create, activate, rename, copy, delete, export, import, download, and upload versions in the application.
