Copying a trim record

  1. Select a trim from the Trim list, or from a trim record, click the Copy icon.
  2. In the Copy window, specify this information:
    Number
    Specify a number. You can leave this blank if the ID generator is set up for trims.
    Name
    Specify a name for the copied record.
  3. Select information clusters to be copied.
  4. Click COPY.
  5. Click the Refresh icon to view the copied trim record on the Trim list.
