Comments

You can post comments to style, material, trim, project, and request records, and reply to comments from other users, within the application.

You can tag comments as public, while comments from partner users are automatically tagged as public but are not shared to other partners.

Comments can be displayed through two views:

• The List view shows all comments in a list format, with the most recent comments on top. The content of this list depends on the current tab. This view is similar to Full view but is shown in a pane.
• The Full view shows all comments of a record, with the option of filtering comments based on which tab the comment was placed.

To post comments on a style, material, trim, or request, open the record and click the Comments icon. To go view the tab where the comment was placed, double-click the comment.

You can attach images and other files to comments and replies.
