Configuring integration settings

Specific details of styles created in the application can be integrated with Infor ERP systems through ION. In an integrated setup between CloudSuite PLM for Fashion and an ERP, you can import and export product data, styles, and SKUs.

To enable integration between the application and ERP systems through ION, you must configure integration settings in CloudSuite PLM for Fashion:

From the menu, select Setup > Settings.
Click the Integration icon.
Specify this information:

Note: You must obtain information on accounting entity and location from the Infor Cloud team.

Enabled

Select the check box to enable integration.

Schema

Select a schema from the list. Schemas pertain to available versions in the application. The integration will use only the schema that you select from this list.

Accounting Entity

Specify the accounting entity for this integration.

Location

Specify the location from which transactions or records for this integration are generated.

Buyer

Specify a buyer.

Planner

Specify a planner.

Warehouse

Specify a warehouse.

Facility

Specify a facility.

Integration Flow

Specify the integration flow.

Integration Status

Select a status for the integration. The integration status is responsible for triggering the creation of BODs. For example, if the integration status is For Approval and the status of the style record has been changed to For Approval, then Process ItemMaster and Process CodeDefinition BODs will be created for the style and style color.

The integration status is also responsible for triggering the BOM's integration to another application. If the integration status is set to For Approval, the BOM's status needs to be also set to For Approval to trigger the BOM's integration.

Workflow

Select to enable sending of Process Workflow BODs.
Click Save.
