Defining user access to data hierarchy levels

You can select users that can access levels in your data hierarchy. Specifying users that can access hierarchy levels enables you to filter users that can view, add, or modify items that fall under that hierarchy level.

  1. From the menu, select Setup > Hierarchy.
  2. Select a level on your data hierarchy, and click the Add User icon
  3. Select users from the list.
  4. Optionally, to enable access to members of user groups, click the User Group icon.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Optionally, click the User Group Properties icon to view the list of users that can access the data hierarchy level.
  7. Optionally, select the Read-Only toggle switch for a user to enable read-only access to the data hierarchy level.
