End user session

  1. Click End User Session.
  2. Specify this information:
    Title or Subject
    Specify a title or subject for your message.
    Message Body
    Specify your message.

    A notification is sent to the user containing the message that you specified in the Message Body field. You can configure the type of notification that the user will receive by configuring the messaging settings.

    Disable User Login
    Select to disable user login.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
    If the user encountered an error that closes the application, the user is still displayed as inactive in the user list. You must end the user session to clear the user status.
