Generating user log reports

You can generate user log reports to track the active users of the system.

  1. In Infor Fashion PLM, select Admin > Tools > Generate User Log Report.
    User log summary report preview will open as a new window showing these details:
    • User Name

      This column shows the list of all users from the Manage Users module.

    • Name

      This column shows the names, which is a combination of first name and last name, of all the users who accessed the application.

    • Profile

      This column shows the profile name set by each user upon login.

    • Total Login

      This column shows the total number of times a user, per profile, logged into the application.

    • Last Login Date

      This column shows the last date and time a user, per profile, logged into the application.

      Note: Last login date and time are based on your local machine's date and time settings.
    • Last Modified Date

      This column shows the last date and time a module record was modified by a user, per profile.

      Note: Tracking of last modified date is limited to Style, Material, Trim, and Request records.

  2. Click the save icon to save a copy of the logs.
    You may also click the print icon to print user log reports.
