Create active directory groups

Before creating active directory groups, you must enable active directory integration through Deployment Manager.

Users in active directory groups can access the application without having to be added as individual users under the Manage Users feature. An online profile is automatically generated and assigned to users that access the application.

  1. In the Add/Edit Roles dialog window, click the Active Directory Groups tab.
  2. Click Add to view a list of existing active directory groups.
  3. Select active directory groups and click OK.
  4. Click Save and Close.
  5. Restart Infor Fashion PLM for changes to take effect.
Note: A user can only use one auto-generated or online profile, but one auto-generated or online profile may be used and shared by multiple users.
