Managing users

A user is essentially a Planning Application Host (PAH) or licensed module user who interacts with the system to perform actions. User actions are granted or denied based on the user’s associated profile, roles, and authorities.

The administrator can perform these tasks by using the manage user functionality:

  • Create a new user
  • Edit a user
  • Delete a user

    When deleting a user, ownership of the user's information, such as the user's created records, user assignments, and other user fields, are transferred to the system user.

  • Enable multiple users

The administrator can define any numbers of users, as well as view and modify all users in the system.
