The new Microsoft Edge (Chromium) is recommended by Microsoft over Microsoft Edge Legacy. The New Microsoft Edge has an IE mode that will enable users to run legacy websites. Also, the new Microsoft Edge is independent of Windows. It is not bundled with OS or its half-yearly releases.
Infor OS conducts very limited testing on mobile browsers. This testing is limited to basic end-user functionality of the Infor OS portal application, and that does not cover the applications that run within the Infor OS portal. For mobile users, Infor Go is recommended.
