Adding owners to a document

  1. Check out the desired document.
  2. Click the Attributes tab.
  3. Click + to add values to the MDS_Owners field.
  4. Specify the IFS Person ID of the user to add as owner. This ID is usually an email address.
  5. Save the document.
  6. Check in the document.
Based on the ACL configuration, this user now has access to the document and document actions.
