Adding a printer to the print service

  1. Click + Add.
  2. Select the Location from the list of registered locations.
  3. Select the Printers from the list of registered printers for that location.
  4. Optionally, specify a Printer ID. If no Printer ID is specified, it is automatically created.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Optionally, print a test page to ensure that the printer is properly connected.
Note: Printers must be directly installed on the same Windows server as the Enterprise Connector. Printers that are only accessible through the server but are not directly installed do not show up in IDM.
