Browser plug-in requirements

IDM component pages use these plug-ins:

Java Runtime Environment 1 - required for the screen capture feature of IDM
Adobe Flash - required to enable the file download and upload capabilities of IDM

During your first access to the site, you can be prompted to download and install required plug-ins. Download these plug-ins and complete site functionality.
