Periods

A period is the time range that a Total Rewards statement type. Each period has a defined start and end date, and the most common period represents a specific year.

Each Total Rewards statement type can have one or more periods.

Period statements

A period statement is a specific version of a Total Rewards statement type for a defined time period, usually a year.

Organizations can create one or more period statements for each statement type. Each period statement has its own pages, widgets, and content.
