Dynamic widget configuration

You can configure dynamic widgets by using data items and options. You can use data items to control the pinning status of dynamic widgets on the Home page. You cannot edit dynamic widgets or add links or documents to them.

Agent cases widget

This table shows the data items that you can use to configure Agent cases widgets:

Ask HR widget

The Ask HR widget provides a link to the Ask HR component of the HRSD Case Management application and to report the number of pending and resolved questions.

Ask HR for HR widget

The Ask HR for HR widget provides a link to the Ask HR for HR component of the HRSD Case Management application and to report the number of pending and resolved questions. The Ask HR for HR widget shows information only about cases that agents create regarding employees in the user groups that the agent services.

Ask HR for Managers widget

The Ask HR for Managers widget provides a link to the Ask HR for Managers component of the HRSD Case Management application and to report the number of pending and resolved questions. The Ask HR for Managers widget shows information only about cases that concern the manager's direct reports.

Bulletins widget

You can use the Bulletins widget to post messages in the location of the Bulletin widget.

Forms and Applications widget

The Forms and Applications widget provides user access to the HR Service Delivery forms and applications that are available to them.

Locale selection widget

On portals with multiple locales, this widget is used to quickly select the language through which they view the portal.

The Share Access widget activates mobile accounts for users.

The Password Secret Questions widget links enables users to set up password recovery questions.

RSS widget

The RSS widget provides an RSS feed that the customer can specify. You can only have one RSS feed per widget.
