Integration documents

You can add links to content hosted outside your portal and make those links available in multiple locations within the portal.

For each integration link, you must add a specific document and then configure the data items in that document.

This table below shows the documents that are used for each specific purpose:

Integration document	Description
Redirect URL for forms	For links to forms that are hosted on other servers. Links are displayed in the Find a Form area of the specified landing page.
Redirect URL Master	For all links on pages that point to external websites or content hosted on other servers.
Related Links	For links to other websites or servers. Links are displayed in the Related Links area of the specified landing page.

After you add a reference document, you must configure the document’s data items to specify both the URL and the link location. Each data item includes preconfigured landing page options, from which you can select the appropriate landing page.
