Document Report

The Document Report provides a consolidated view of information about documents stored in the HRSD Knowledgebase.

Administrators can use the Document Report to generate a report for all the content on their Live production environment. They can also use the Document Report to view document information, search content, and export or print report data.

This table shows the document details available on the Document Report:
Field Description
Code The document ID or code
Title The name of the document
Area The area to which the document is assigned
Assigned To The HRSD Knowledgebase Content Management user assigned to the document
Expiration Date The date when the document expires
Review Date The date when the document is scheduled for review
Owner Name The designated owner of the document
Owner Email The email address of the document owner
Created Date The date the document is created
Last Edited The date the most recent change is made to the document
Groups The groups assigned to the document
Meta Tags The meta tags applied to the document

All fields on the report are searchable. You can enter values into one or more fields to filter the results.
