Your landing page is a one-stop source for links to related topic documents. To map these and other links to the landing page, the landing page must be tagged with a subject or a one-word reference that your content can use when you link them to the landing page. Pre-built landing pages are delivered with built-in subject tags that you reference when you map the content to other areas of the site. When you create a custom landing page, specify the value for the Subject tag.
- Log in to HRSD Knowledgebase.
- On the Home page, click the ellipsis icon.
- Select Document Manager.
- If the document is not yet published, click Edit. If it is published, select the name of the document.
If the document isn't checked out by another user, it becomes checked out and available for editing. If the document is checked out by another user, you can't check out the document until the other user checks it in.
- In Edit mode, select the drop-down by the document name.
- Select .
- In the Configure Data Items panel, select Subject.
- Select the provided default subject, or specify a one-word tag in place of the
[*subject*]. We recommend that you use a tag similar to the landing page topic so you can remember when you map the content to the landing page.
- Click OK.
- Click the exit icon to close the Data Item Editing menu.
- Click the exit icon to close the Data Items panel.
