HRSD Knowledgebase Content Management user names must follow established naming conventions. The user ID format is the first three letters of the organization name in uppercase, followed by the user’s first and last name. For example, an Infor HRSD Knowledgebase Content Management user named John Jones must use INFJJones as the account name. The Content Management account is separate from the user’s employee account. HRSD Knowledgebase Content Management users must manually sign in to the Stage environment to use HRSD Knowledgebase Content Management.
