Document access and management
Administrator users who have permission to manage and edit content have access to editing tools.
This table shows the features that you can use to access the tools required to manage content:

| Document Manager | The Document Manager is a library that contains all HRSD Knowledgebase documents. You can search and access any document from the Document Manager. |
| Edit Document | When you use the Edit Document, the document you are currently viewing is checked out for editing. |
