User groups and group rules

You can add filters to portal documents so only certain users or groups can access them.

For example, your organization can have multiple offices, and you can grant access to certain documents only to one of the offices. In this example, it is the Boston office. You can create a Boston group. Then you can assign the group to all pages that are specific to the Boston office employees. Users who are not members of the Boston group cannot access the pages.
