Filtering by group

You can filter some reports by one or more groups. When you apply a group filter, the report shows data for the selected groups. The displayed data is based on the users assigned to those groups.

Groups that are available for filtering are added in User Group Filtering Options.

  1. Select Knowledgebase > Analytics > Knowledgebase Analytics.
  2. Select a category.
  3. Select a report.
  4. Select the groups to include in the report.
  5. Click Apply.
