Search configuration
You can configure specific settings to control how search results are displayed and managed in the HRSD Knowledgebase portal.
This table shows the settings that you can configure to control search behavior:

| Search Sources |
Define the sources included in search results, such as Google, Yahoo, or Bing. Search sources are assigned to user groups. You don't need to include public domain sources for search, but you can add them as additional sources. |
| Document Settings | Exclude specific documents from search results to prevent them from showing up. |
| Lookup & See Also Terms | List of search terms to help users find precise results, which can include synonyms or other terms related to the prompt. |
