Overview
Infor HRSD Knowledgebase is a multi-tenant, cloud-based content management system, which your organization uses to make information available to employees through a secure portal.
Content on your portal is available to users based on the criteria that you define. This process is called contextualization. This process enables you to control which content is accessible to specific user groups that you create and manage. Each group consists of users with unique profiles.
You can incorporate the branding of your organization to the HRSD Knowledgebase portal by adding logos, banner images, and color scheme.
Site administrators use the Admin tool to manage portal settings and search configuration. They can also access reports and analytics to monitor site usage.
