Excluding pages from search results, site map, and breadcrumbs

You can exclude any document from the site map, breadcrumbs, and searches individually.

  1. Select Knowledgebase > Administration > Knowledgebase Admin > Search & Nav > Document Settings.
  2. Select the documents to exclude.
  3. Click Block/Unblock.
  4. Select Sitemap, Breadcrumb, or Search.
  5. From the Update menu, select Block or Unblock.
  6. Click Submit.
