Using other filters

Some reports offer filtering by elements such as user name, document code, and area. You can filter these reports to show only data relevant to the specified filter.

  1. Select Knowledgebase > Analytics > Knowledgebase Analytics.
  2. Select a category.
  3. Select a report.
  4. In the Filter section, specify the parameters.
  5. Click Apply.
