Blocking data processing for a specific user

HR administrators can block users from logging into HRSD applications and generating and processing data. When blocked, users cannot log in to the HRSD portal from the login menu or with single sign-on. Data that is associated with blocked users is not shown in reports and onboarding tours. Workflows and Case Management tickets are not processed, and data that is associated with the user is not exported. The customer is responsible for not sending data imports that are associated with users that have been blocked.

  1. Select Administration > Knowledgebase Admin.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Select a user.
  4. Click Block Account.
  5. Click Update.
