Search methods and prioritization

Search results from the titles and body content of documents retrieved and returned in order of relevance based on these criteria:
  1. Ranking
  2. Exact match in the title
  3. Title
  4. Exact match in keywords
  5. Keyword

Authored documents have a higher ranking priority than uploaded documents such as PDFs or MS Word files.

Administrators can add search ranking to documents through the Content Management Tool.
