Infor HRSD Forms and Applications provides a structured approach for managing employee requests and organizational processes, such as HR requests, IT services, and operational workflows, through standardized forms by serving as a centralized interface for accessing and submitting forms. Users can search for forms by name and complete submissions that can automatically trigger workflows such as case creation, notifications, and document attachments.
Administrators configure the forms on HRSD Forms and Applications through Form Builder, where they define properties to standardize data entry, manage access, and establish connections to HRSD Case Management topics. After administrators publish and enable a form in Form Builder, the form becomes accessible in HRSD Forms and Applications for employees to complete.
