Customizing views in Case Reports
You can add or hide columns in some Case Reports. Reports with fixed layouts have predefined columns.
- Log in to Case Management as an administrator.
- Select .
- Click .
- Select a report.
- Click the ellipsis.
- To manage the displayed columns, select .
- Select the columns to show in the report, and clear the columns to hide.
- To reposition a column, click and drag the column heading to a new position.
- To save your view:
- Click the ellipsis.
- Select .
- Click .
