Customizing views in Case Reports

You can add or hide columns in some Case Reports. Reports with fixed layouts have predefined columns.
  1. Log in to Case Management as an administrator.
  2. Select Analytics > Case Management Analytics.
  3. Click Case Reports.
  4. Select a report.
  5. Click the ellipsis.
  6. To manage the displayed columns, select Show/Hide Columns.
  7. Select the columns to show in the report, and clear the columns to hide.
  8. To reposition a column, click and drag the column heading to a new position.
  9. To save your view:
    1. Click the ellipsis.
    2. Select Save My View.
    3. Click Yes.
