Field mapping

Field mapping in HRSD Total Rewards enables administrators to manage the relationship between source file fields and Total Rewards destination fields. Mapping configurations can be maintained by downloading a table mapping schema, uploading an updated schema file, or manually updating mappings through the application interface.

This table shows the information available on the Manage Mapping screen:

Column	Description
Table Mapping Name	Shows the name of the table mappings configured for Total Rewards
Download	Downloads the current table mapping schema for the selected table mapping in .csv format
Manage	Opens the mapping configuration page where table mapping fields can be updated by uploading an updated .csv file or by making manual updates in the interface
Source File	Shows the source file currently associated with the table mapping
Last Updated	Shows the date and time when the table mapping was last updated
