HRSD Total Rewards Analytics provides insight into employee engagement with Total Rewards Statements through the Usage Statistics report. By reviewing the Usage Statistics report, administrators can identify employee engagement trends and analyze usage patterns among employee groups.

Data in the Usage Statistics report is presented in bar chart format. Each Total Rewards Statements page is associated with a unique bar color, and a color key lists the corresponding page names. Hover over a bar to view page visit counts and additional details for the selected period. Data values are displayed above bars to improve visibility and interpretation of chart results.

Usage Statistics data can be saved as a .csv file.
