Widgets
Widgets are reusable components that show information about a specific business topic such as compensation, benefits, retirement, or recruiting information. You can add one or more widgets to a Total Rewards statement page and customize the content, appearance, and visibility of each widget.
Widget values are based on data provided through import files. Formula fields calculate totals and derived values across multiple numeric data fields. The values can be displayed as dollar amounts, totals, percentages, or graphical elements such as charts.

Widget elements
Widgets contain one or more elements that you can configure to determine how information is displayed.
This table shows the available elements for a widget:
| Widget element | Description |
|---|---|
| WidgetTitle | The WidgetTitle shows the title of the widget and defines the heading that is displayed at the top of the widget. Every widget contains a WidgetTitle element. |
| WidgetContent | The WidgetContent element shows general content such as formatted text, images, hyperlinks, and HTML content. |
| WidgetTable | The WidgetTable element shows information in rows and columns. |
| WidgetBarChart | The WidgetBarChart element shows values in a bar chart. |
| WidgetPieChart | The WidgetPieChart element shows values in a bar chart. |
| WidgetStockCalculator | The WidgetStockCalculator element shows and calculates stock-based compensation information. This element supports stock values, calculation inputs, configured stock information, and employee- or candidate-specific data placeholders. |
Common element fields
Widget elements include common configuration fields.

In addition to the common configuration fields, each widget element provides controls for configuring the content of the element. Depending on the element, you can use a rich text editor, table editor, chart editor, or other element-specific controls.
